White Atlanta Police Officer Shoots Another Blackman A black man named Rayshard Brooks has been shot to death by a white Atlanta Police Officer on the evening of Friday June 12 2020. According to the video on the body camera worn by one of the police officers, it revealed that the 27 years old Rayshard Brooks was seen sleeping in his car in the middle of Wendy drive through, the police officers woke him up.
